Renovate and transform the historic Orpheum Theatre in downtown Phoenix, Arizona and integrate it into the construction of a new, 20-story adjoining City Hall.

• Guided the team to recognize multiple restrictions and conflicting requirements as opportunities for creative and constructive solutions.
• Reconfigured the construction model so the historic theatre and new City Hall share utilities and infrastructure e.g. electrical, chilled water, security, loading docks.
• Sequenced the project to meet both on-going funding challenges and the City's aggressive time table.
• Preserved the artistic and historic integrity of the Orpheum Theatre while providing for the acoustic, lighting and technical requirements necessary to realize the vision of the project.
